a. Data collected via site forms
PRST Group may collect the following personal data through forms when you use this site:
- first name,
- e-mail address,
- phone number,
(hereinafter your “personal data”).
By providing this information, you agree to its processing by PRST Group, for the purposes indicated in point 3 below and for the purposes indicated at the end of each form, and you have rights to this data as indicated in point 6 below.
b. Log files
The host of the site (see Legal Notice) may automatically collect and save information in log files on the server. The information recorded in these files is automatically transmitted by your browser. Here are some of the data recorded:

- Operating system used
- URL from which the site is accessed
- Host name of the access computer
- Time of the request to the server
These data do not directly identify an individual and are not cross-checked with other data sources. This data enables us to monitor and improve the performance of our website and is therefore used for maintenance purposes.

3. Purposes of processing
PRST Group may process your personal data for the following reasons:
in order to provide you with the information or services you have requested (in particular: sending you the Newsletter, commercial offer, white papers, specifications or any other information document); and/or
in order to contact you about various events related to PRST Group, including product updates and customer support
Only PRST Group is the recipient of your personal data. Your personal data, whether in individual or aggregated form, will never be passed on to third parties, with the exception of subcontractors that PRST Group may use (for more information on these subcontractors, please refer to section 7 below). Neither PRST Group nor any of its subcontractors market the personal data of visitors and users of its site.
5. Shelf life
Your personal data is kept by PRST Group only for the time corresponding to the purpose of the collection as indicated in 3 above, which in any event shall not exceed :
- for cookies: maximum 13 months
- for the user accounts of the site: indefinitely until the deletion of the account intervening at the request of the user or the expiration of his access rights (membership, subscription…). The data will be destroyed within 12 months following the deletion of the account.
- for newsletter subscribers: indefinitely until the request to unsubscribe. The data will be destroyed simultaneously with the unsubscription.
- for accounting data (invoices, orders, etc.): 10 years.
- for prospects: 36 months after the last solicitation to which the prospect has responded
- for other form data registered in the site: 24 months
- for customers: 10 years after the last invoice issued by PRST Group.
For users who have an account on our site or register with us, we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. All users may view, modify or delete their personal data at any time (except for their user-ice name). The site managers can also view and change this information.
6. Rights over personal data
Export and portability of your data
If you have an account or if you have left comments on the site or if you have subscribed to our newsletter, you can request to receive a file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including those you have provided to us, by sending an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Modification of your data
You can also request the modification of your personal data by sending an e-mail to the address indicated above.
Withdrawal from our mailing lists – unsubscribing to our newsletters

In order for the data controller to process your request, you are required to provide him/her with: your first and last name and your e-mail address.

Login & User Account
